I'm actually just about to create a jewelry box with an embroidered cover. I bought an unfinished wooden box with a small frame inset from Michael's.

I used a box from michaels for the project you posted...let me know if you have trouble finding them & I'll check my local store, I'd be happy to send you one if they have them :)
