We have wanted to have a stitch & bitch tea party forever and we finally made it happen! We were so excited we got to me Jackson aka Mafiosagrrl and Lisa aka A Cuppa Tea with Me in person! Jackson also brought her friend Jocelyn who was knitting a baby hat, which was really interesting to watch. We had the loveliest day filled with tiny sandwiches, scones, Devonshire cream, CUPCAKES galore and of course stitchin & bitchin! It was so nice to sit in the dining room on a sunny day with great company stitching up a storm :)
I hope we can make it into a monthly thing, how fun would that be?! Maybe a different theme each time...
There definitely needs to be a conference with all stitchy people from EFU(Embroidery Friends United), it would be amazing to meet all of you ladies and gentleman (Jamie & Bascom) in person!

Aww you guys! This looks so lovely. Glad you all got together, and I agree..isn't it great to stitch with other stitchers? I wish I was closer because I'd be there in a hot minute! Also - YAY Maureen!
OMG, that would be awesome to get to stitch with others! The only other stitchers I know are my Flickr friends. It would be incredible to meet another stitcher IN PERSON.
Woooo! What a great day! It was SO amazing to finally get together with you girls, I love how on-the-same-page we all are about a lot of things. You girls rock my socks!! And Mz. Katy, I must say here and now... You're a knock out! My goodness, I don't think I've met anyone as gorgeous as you in... a million years! You really are sew, sew lovely! Big hugs to Maureen!!

Giddy it's so fun! You have to try it :) It's so nice because it's still so relaxing just sitting around stitching but you have company ;)

I'm so jealous. I love the tea theme. I am in stitch group that meets about once a month, but never with tea and cup cakes. I am in Va. I'd love to come stitch with you guys one day.

Thanks for making Josci feel so welcomed. She was a little nervous, but I managed to convince her to come by telling her what sweetie pies you guys were. She had a great time too.
